People produce a large amount of waste plastic film in daily life and production, which seriously pollutes the natural environment and needs to be recycled.
SINSANDA developed the dry granulator to provide a device for recycling wet or dirty plastics that can be dried and granulated after cleaning the line. On the one hand, it can reduce the process and reduce manpower. On the other hand, it can output plastic pellets faster than conventional machinery.
The operation process of the machine is as follows:
1.The first process is to wash the dirty plastic with water. If it is to deal with clean scrap plastic, it is not necessary to wash with water.
2.In the second process, the plastic is fed into the extruder either by conveyor belt or manually.
3.In the third process, the extrusion dryer first removes the moisture from the plastic, based on the heat generated by physical extrusion and friction.
4.The fourth process is single-screw extrusion granulation, which extrudes and granulates plastic. Particles are cooled by air or water cooling.
If the plastic is not clean, we can also add a filter to remove impurities. The advantage of this machine is that it integrates the extrusion and granulation processes, saving labor costs and improving efficiency. In the conversion efficiency, through physical extrusion and granulation, the particles produced by our company have better appearance and no bubbles, which can improve the recovery rate and utilization rate.
